While most benches aren't usually moved, it's good to think whether you really want the bench staying where it is forever. Concrete benches for example can't be moved so you should plan their location well. If you are not sure about it, pick wooden or metal benches and don't fix them permanently to the ground with concrete.
If the bottom of your bench press is your weak point, you are in luck, there are exercises that specifically target getting the bar off of your chest. The dip, and decline bench press are the two most helpful movements for getting an initial drive off of your chest. Also keep in mind that your form may be inhibiting your ability to drive the bar off of your chest. Always keep a tight back, firm feet, and a slight arch in your back when you bench press to fully engage your body.
There are many different styles of arranging the benches. You can follow your taste and not worry too much about going after specific advice or trends. Consider only that benches will be used from people who sit in the garden. Places that are sunny in the winter and shady in the summer are best but rarely possible so you may distribute part of your benches in shady, part in sunny and another part in semi-shady places. Outdoor benches stay good also next to paths, patios and the garden fence.
